Arriving now at MAJOR, it’s the highly anticipated follow up to the collaboration between Converse and Takahiro Miyashita’s Number (N)ine label.

Converse worked closely with Takahiro to create his interpretations of the Chuck Taylor All Star and One Star shoes, which Takahiro considers “authentic and permanent”. Taking a hybrid approach, Takahiro chose to incorporate the asymmetrical lacing of the 1970 and ‘80s era Converse Odessa shoe into his design. The Odessa shoe, which was originally designed for running, was super innovative for its time and a shoe from the Converse archives that Takahiro has long admired.

The collection includes an oxford version of the Chuck Taylor All Star shoe with premium deer skin, black shag suede uppers, asymmetrical lacing and a metallic black star on the shoe’s heel. A One Star version is also available in premium deer skin black shag suede uppers, asymmetrical lacing and a black metallic star on the shoe’s heel.

This is an extremely limited (less than 300 pairs for the US) Converse release.

Another exciting Saturday of releases, we kick off the NBA Playoffs with Nike’s Post Season edition of Lebron VII in 2 colors.

The minds at Nike Basketball wanted to give Lebron James the armored tank that he needed to get through the regular season in Air Max Lebron VII with a full 360 airbag.  Now that Lebron is focused on his pursuit for the first NBA title, Nike wanted to shed some weight from the shoes, and equip him with the tactical attack vehicle for his feet.  So, off goes the heavy full 360 airbag, in comes the zoom air unit, complete with even lighter flywire shell than the original AML7, the Lebron VII P.S. and P.S. Playoff Pack edition takes him to yet another level of performance.

Also, on Saturday, April 17th, we celebrate the release of Jordan Retro 6 in “Pistons” colorway, as well as a special pastel rainbow colorway, just for girls.

Representing each of the teams that Jordan beat to get to his Championship status, “Pistons,” along with the Cavaliers seemed always likely victims of Jordan’s heroics in Eastern Conference finals.

Jordan Retro 6 “Pistons” is available in Crib, Toddler, Pre-School, Grade School, and Adult Men Sizes.

And just for the girls, Jordan Brand presents another colorway of Retro 6, in a pastel rainbow colorway, reminiscent of the Olympic Ring 6s from 2 years ago.  These are kids sizes (Toddler to Grade School Release only).

And finally, it took Nike 16 years to bring these back, but now they’re here!  It’s the OG colorway of the Air Carnivore (Black/Oxidized Green/Purple), also known as the first cross trainer without laces.

Jordan Retro 2 Premio celebrates the legacy of Michael Jordan with special Italian Leather, premium craftsmenship, custom Jordan Jumpman Cedar Shoetree inserts, and dustbag for each shoe.  There are 1097 total pairs made for worldwide distribution.

The shoe will be sold on Saturday, April 10th at 2:30 p.m. The price and size availability will be posted onsite at the store at Noon on Saturday, April 10th.

Releasing Saturday, March 27th at 11 a.m., Jordan Brand and MAJOR presents the release of one of the rarest Air Jordan models ever, the AJKO, along with the release of Jordan Retro 4 Silver Anniversary Model.

One of the least known and hardest to find models in original Air Jordan 1, AJKO has long been a dream shoe for collectors everywhere.  Constructed of soft canvas material, and given the proper vintage treatment by the folks at Jordan Brand, AJKO will be available in both original colorways at MAJOR.
